    They replaced my engine last year under warranty spring ******************************** 2022. Since then we have been back for the same issue. They were supposed to give me a new engine. I have gone back several times to have the same issue fixed. They never call with an ETA, they keep your car for months without up dates, they have had my car for 2 weeks and have not even looked at it. I have told everyone I know about the horrible customer service. The constant needing to repair the engine is inconvience. Are the mechanics there valid? Why does it take so long? Its not a collision place. I shouldnt be left stranded without a vehicle with a small family around the holidays. Im very angry that *** had to cough up thousands when I just paid off the car and there are never any rentals, they dont accolade anyone. My car runs like s*** even though I keep up with the maintenance requirements. Its only 7 years old. I just dont understand why you have my car and havent looked at it in 2 weeks. Im contacting the attorney general. I dont want to pay for anything else from this dealership. I want them to fix my car.

    Our experience with Nucar Tarbox Hyundai has been incredibly stressful, beginning on January 26 when we towed our 2014 Hyundai Sonata due to serious issues like all dashboard warning lights coming on, the gear shift getting stuck, and the car not speeding up. Despite a $384 battery replacement that they said would solve the issue, the problems persisted. On February 10, right after picking up our car, we noticed the same issues reoccurring, plus a new one: a low tire pressure warning, which contradicted their claim of a thorough inspection.The ordeal continued with multiple tows back to the service center, each time being assured the issue was fixed, only to face the same dangerous malfunctions. Communication was confusing, and on one occasion, after not hearing from them, we called to find conflicting reports about our car's status. Even after a supposed fix to a CAN line connector, the car broke down again on March 6, shortly after pickup, seriously risking our safety.On March 18, they stated a shorted backup camera was the cause of the issue, quoting us $477 for a replacement. We questioned why we should bear this cost after so many failed repairs and repeated tows. The situation escalated when General Manager *********************** began yelling at us over the phone. He and the service manager, ***********************, demanded the immediate return of the loaner car and that we pick up our car, and even threatened police involvement, which was shocking and distressing. The Kingston PD later warned us of potential arrest if we didn't comply with the immediate return deadline.This entire experience has been an ordeal of failed repairs, poor communication, and shocking treatment from the service center. It's been not only about the continuous car issues but also about how Nucar Tarbox Hyundai handled our concerns - with frustration, threats, and a lack of professionalism that has left us deeply disappointed and stressed. We hoped for much better service and treatment.
