Nature of dispute is the trade value of my personal vehicle towards a purchase of a used vehicle of the same year, the trade value was extremely beneath the **** power valuation services price of $5250 versus their offer of $2000 which is corrupt and poor business practices

I brought my truck in for its 15k service, its open recalls, and to get a wheel fixed, as I paid over $2,000 for the extended warranty for the wheels. Instead, the dealership only did the 15k service, and told me I had to come back for the warranty recalls and the wheel repair. I agreed and made an appointment to do both on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I dropped off the truck (again) at 10 am and told the service guy, ****, I would be back at 6 pm. I return at 6 pm to be told its not done yet, but to wait in the waiting room and it will be done soon.7:30 rolls around, and instead of ****, another gentleman has to come find me to tell me it is not going to be done tonight. Seriously?I was not happy. Thankfully, this gentleman offered me a complimentary rental vehicle to get home and to return the next day. I agreed and told him I would return the following day at 6 pm.The next morning, I receive a call at 8 am from **** telling me the truck is ready. I tell him I will be there at 6 pm.When I arrived that evening, I got the keys and headed home. Once home, I take a look at the wheel and it looks absolutely horrible. Its not evenly painted at all. Its two different colors. Also, **** had this truck for two whole days. It was finished at 8 am. Nobody at this dealership could bother to look at the wheel to check the repair while it sat on your lot for an additional 10 hours?I paid $2000 for this wheel repair warranty, which is clearly just a nasty joke to this dealership. This is not at all what was agreed to. It looks absolutely terrible. In all honesty, it looked better after scraping the curb than it did when the wheel repair guy was finished with it.I contacted this business that evening (Thurs, Feb 22) and requested the owner or GM reach out to me for all of these issues and the fraud that is their wheel repair warranty. The business has completely ignored me. I want my money back for this fraud of a warranty and the wheel to be fixed or replaced.
