      I bought a washer and dryer set from Homes Appliances In ******* ************ I paidjuat about 700 dollars for the set with a 3 month warranty. The washer broke a week after the warrantee ended and I contacted them about the problem they said they would fix it that was about August 2nd I've called I've texted I have reached out numerous times to resolve this issue and they are ignoring me now when they said they would fix the problem so now I'm reaching out to you for help all I want is them to honor the fixing of the washer.****

      Bought a new Washer machine with a dent below the door on 2/26/22 and was told it ran perfect.Was delivered March 1st and we hooked it up the following day and it ended up flooding our house.My husband removed the back panel to diagnose the leak and noticed the whole unit was totally damaged and the drum was hanging by a thread.We have been trying to get this issue resolved and our $1000 cash refunded-ever since and have got nothing but the runaround.A used matching dryer was also part of the sale and my wife mentioned that the door needed reverse do to her stage 4 bone cancer and when it arrived that also wasnt done.My wife also had to go the laundry mat because we had a load that was all wet and not washed.They did come out on the 8th and agreed that the machine is junk but we havent heard anything since.We have been 2 months without a washer and need to get there broken one out of our laundry room and buy another new one without a dent.

      Hi I'm Yoelina from Home's Appliances. I'm so apologize with the situation with customer. When I spoke with them . I'm explained that I got Covid like my second time and I'm not able to return the money at this time. Then my daughter got Covid and my husband and we at home for at least a month . I feel really bad because I'm new with this business and they put a complaint on department of business or work . I'll to return the money by Friday. Thank you and again I'm sorry I'll to send out a check or money order to them . It was not my intention. Also I'm explained to them that the warehouse that I bought all my items it was not honest with me. And I received a least 8 appliances that they said it was new and all of them has problem. Also I explained to the customer that my brother in laws died due COVID . And it was a such situation. Again I'm apologize. They will to received the money order by Friday . Thanks in advance
