On April 14 2022 I hired *********************** to build (4-retaining walls), (a set of steeps), (a shed) and (some other smaller projects) in my house. Unfortunately I payed him ahead to buy material for the retaining wall. ****** did not buy anything and walked away with my money. He told me in multiple occasions that he placed the order but the materials never got delivered to my house. I asked him to show me the receipt and he said that it was in his other car. On Monday June 27th he said that he had the excavator ready to bring to my house and that materials were scheduled for delivery on that Thursday June 30th. No excavator nor material ever came to my house. He asked me for more money but I said no. From that point on ****** stop picking up my phone calls and stooped replying to my messages. I payed *********************** $20,960 but he only complete about $4,000 dollars worth of work. I also spent $2,560 at Lowes and *********** I spent $820 in shingle for the roof of the shed. And had to pay $450 to the contractor to finish the outside of the shed because ****** did not pay him for the work that he did.*********************** also uses *****************************. He used ***************************** Im the proposal. The companys name is: DLeonardo Landscaping and Construction LLC. The company is under his girlfriends name **********************************. ****** lives with her at ****************************************************************************. *********************** has a house at ******************************************************. ****** has been doing this type of Contractor fraud for a long time. I now know of someone else he did this too. The last time ****** replied to my message was on June 27th. I tried to reach him via messages and phone calls multiple times after that.He left a very unsafe mess at my house.I summited a complaint with the Contractors Registration and *************** and now have a report. I summited a complaint with the Attorney General. Please help me get my money back.
