The screen on my phone needed to be repaired. We took it to this store on October 8, and the gentleman told my husband it was not the right screen for the phone and to come back if I had any problems. The phone was not working correctly. I couldn't put my phone on speaker without a crackling noise, the colors on the screen itself were off, pictures I was taking were cloudy. I brought it back on Tuesday the 12th. Come to find out that gentleman who was there was just covering for a girl who is there 7 days a week. I told her what he said, and she proceeded to make it sound like the camera was the issue, so I purchased a new camera for *****. After that I still noticed it was not working correctly. Only after both purchases were made did she finally tell me it was an after market screen. If I had known that from the beginning I never would have purchased either of those items. The gentleman working there that day was not an employee of the store and gave us the wrong information and when I told her what he had said she failed to clarify what he meant until after I bought something else. I want a refund for both items.
