I was in a car accident on September 22,2021. I was hit by a drunk driver from behind at a red light. I was taken by rescue and my car was towed to ***** towing. When I left the emergency room I went and got my car the tow yard said it was drivable. I drove it home it ran alittle rough I was able to drive it to physical therapy a few days later and when I was going to leave my car would not start. I had it towed back to my house. I got sparks law involved for my accident. A week later I called sparks and they said the had the wrong number for me and glad I called bc the lady had insurance and my car can be towed to north Smithfield auto to be fixed and I can get a rental paid by them. I kept calling the guy at north Smithfield auto to ask whats wrong w the car he told me to bring him the tow receipt so he could tell the insurance he towed it from the accident which wasnt even true. When I brought him the recipet he said my car was running and they have moved it he brought me out to my car and tried to start it and it wouldnt start he then stated he would have his guys look at it and figure it out days and days went by and he kept telling me he didnt know why it wasnt running and they couldnt figure it out he stated he changed my starter and an oil pan filter and it still wouldnt run he had to send it to a dealer to figure it out two months went by and he finally decided to tell me my engine seized and the insurance was t gong to pay for it and I had to pay for my rental and my engine in my car .. he told me it was painted and was going to send it to Henrys body shop on park ave to have the engine replaced and then sent back to him for me to pick it up I went to Henrys today and my car is not even worked on its taken a part I have a flat tie I have pieces al in my car and my car is a wreck sparks law isnt helping me Im paying so much money for this rental and I shouldnt be I dont know what to do I need my car done the guy already got paid for it!
