**** is couldnt finish the job . Picked up my car witch is not put back together . Owner refuses to give me back my money says she is going to financial hardship . My car is not fix its in worst condition then when I first brought it . Worst business Ive ever dealt with when I asked for my money back she said there is nothing she can do about it to take her to court . I paid these people $3150 and I walked out of there with a car thats not running or put back together no refund the owner wont even put it in writing that she owes me money . Basically took my money and kept my car for 2 months and the car is no where close to being repaired they dismantled the car and gave it to me in pieces to put back together and no refundInitial Complaint

Brought my car to phantom motor works 3 months ago . I paid their money was supposed to have my car July 8. The business is no longer open they wont pick up the phone or return my car or my money .Initial Complaint

In September of 2021 I brought my **** Jeep Wrangler to Phantom motor works to install a 3 inch lift kit. He told me he had done a lot of these and he would do it for 600 dollars in a couple days it took a little longer than a week I went to pick it up and he said it took longer than he thought because he broke some bolts and was going to cost **** . My Father drove by several times during the week and the truck was outside not getting worked on. After getting home noticed steering wheel was upside down called company with no reply. After 3 months all sway bar links are loose and rattling causing unsafe driving conditions . Terrible job on install and now I am bringing to different mechanic to fix his shoddy workmanship and would like at least half refunded so I can pay new mechanic for repairs
