      My husband and I were bought our dream home and had saved to gut/renovate the kitchen. We ordered all new cabinetry through Bella Cabinets. When the cabinets arrived, there were some missing and some damaged pieces. Bella no longer sells the cabinetry that we were sold (*************) because theyve had so many issues I was told this when I called again about issues. The companys mission is to provide outstanding customer service and quality products at competitive prices throughout the design and renovation project. Our cabinets are terrible quality and are still being repaired today. Bella hired Cabinet Solutions to spray our cabinets and each time it created more issues or they missed spraying sections of the cabinets. Any time I call about an issue I am told to check back in, call of the end of the week to remind the owner to come by, remind him the day of. The cabinets continue to look spotty and almost worse than they did before they were sprayed. One drawer is continually getting stuck on the tracks (was already fixed twice) and one drawer front was fixed because it was crooked and has shifted again. Ive attached post-sprayed pictures to show the quality. Some of the cabinets have been sprayed 3-4 times. I mentioned getting the cabinets that are issues replaced and was told if I wanted that to call the manufacturer. At this point, I dont think it makes sense to spray the cabinets again. It has not worked any other time they have tried. -Kitchen ordered 10/23/2020, Installed 02/2021, last visit to home to fix issues 05/2022 -Cost of cabinets: ********* Was also offered veneer wood for the draw front cabinets and paid extra for real wood. Company refunded us for a cracked cabinet. They reordered and it never came in..-Invoice #*** - Continually told we would reimbursed and when it came time to reimburse us they gave us $500 b/c they had to pay for touchups -If the company is not willing to replace the issues at this point, I would like a refund

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I would still like to receive a response to resolve this issue.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      Bella Cabinets stated in their dispute that I chose what I wanted to buy and had my own contractor install my cabinets - My contractor recommended Bella Cabinets to me and Bella recommended the cabinet manufacturer. Also in their dispute it is noted I should have checked all of my cabinets prior to their install, while I don't believe this is my responsibility, I did inspect them and immediately notified them of damages. Bella and a rep from the manufacturer came to my home prior to any install and wanted to have the cabinets touched up with paint vs replaced. They did touch them up and are still touching them up because the paint is getting spotty and bumpy and chipping. They've been touched up numerous times and it has not worked. The drawers have been adjusted multiple times and a piece of a cabinet fell apart, which is why they were continually coming to my home. I would prefer replacement cabinet doors over a refund.
