    I am a regular customer who purchased gym equipment from this company. I have never had any issues before, however, in February 2023, I purchased 2 pieces of equipment which valued US2,895.00. Usually after purchase I would arrange for the items to be freight. Upon arrival for these items to be collected, one of the items were damaged. Prior to this, I specifically indicated to *********************** that I am leaving the island in September 2023 and I need the stuff before. He agreed to this but never came through so we agreed on a refund. This has been almost 3 months of constantly going back and forth with **** and I still haven't received a refund.

    I ordered a remanufactured Hammer Strength ***** Machine back 4/7/2023 for $1995 plus shipping for a total of $2620. At that time I was told they had a turned around time of eight weeks because of there contract with hundreds of Planted Fitness for getting their older equipment. The projected shipping date was 06/16/2023 so about a two to three weeks before that time I started calling there customer service to see if they were still on target for that date. No one answered the phone, in fact no one answered their customer number, shipping phone numbers nor any number on their site ever. I also left multiple emails to which I heard nothing back. On 6/12/2023 I contacted their online chat box and expressed my concerns and finally received an answer that its shipping date was 06/16/2023. It did not get shipped on that date and they could not even find it. I was promised a refund but they keep stalling and not following thru with their refund. They seem completely confused and unreliable and my recommendation would be to avoid this business. I have spend 35 years as a firefighter and fitness enthusiast and bought more than 40 commercial pieces similar to this and I have never had a problems like I have with the Pulse Group.
