Pulse group was late on all delivery of weight equipment. I have written documents from contractors stating that Pulse Group / ************************* lied about where abouts of equipment. I was offered a refund of $3100 for equipment never received but never received the refund. My next step after this complaint is court. I am done with lies. I recommend no one do business with this company. Easy to deal with until they have your money.Customer response

The credit was issued in March but never received payment.

I am a regular customer who purchased gym equipment from this company. I have never had any issues before, however, in February 2023, I purchased 2 pieces of equipment which valued US2,895.00. Usually after purchase I would arrange for the items to be freight. Upon arrival for these items to be collected, one of the items were damaged. Prior to this, I specifically indicated to *********************** that I am leaving the island in September 2023 and I need the stuff before. He agreed to this but never came through so we agreed on a refund. This has been almost 3 months of constantly going back and forth with **** and I still haven't received a refund.Customer response

Everything started with a $10.000 downpayment for fitness equipment on Oct 2020 following monthly payments of $5000 until reached the sum of $37,776.00. According to the Company website and contract it states that once the euipmet has being paid for the manufacturing process will take from 2-6 weeks for it to be ready for delivery it has been more than 16weeks and all I receive is excuses, lies and run arounds. I asked for pictures to see progress and they cannot show me not one piece of equipment, Instead they show me pictures of random equipment and not specifically what I ordered or in the color I asked which is black frame black upholstery I am coming to you guys today because I think they want to use the pandemic and all other uproar to steal my money. this are my savings of 20 years serving in the US Army. (i am retired veteran
