I am filing a complaint against ******* Lady as they attempted to deliver oil to my house, rather than my neighbors house (I am not a customer) and they also overfilled my tank spilling oil on my siding and on the ground. On Monday April 15th a driver from ******* Lady started to fill my tank incorrectly and for some reason never confirmed they were at the correct house. My neighbor is a customer and their house was due for oil and not mine, again I am not a customer. While the driver started to fill my tank they proceeded to overfill the tank causing several gallons of oil to spill onto my vinyl siding and onto the ground underneath this area. I was notified by another person that this had happened, not the driver themself, and I needed to speak with the person at that time to understand whey they incorrectly delivered oil to my house and how it was overfilled. The driver only put down some small amount of oil spill powder on the ground but only wiped up the oil on my siding. He said no one was available in the office to clean it up and would be back later to do it. Later that evening he came back to try and clean it but my siding is now stained over a wide area and the ground is contaminated with oil. I then needed to call the ********** of ************* Protection to understand the cleanup details along with contacting the fire department and my own oil company to inspect my tank to ensure there was no other damage. It has now been two weeks since this has happened without any details on how my siding will be fixed or how the group will be remediated to ensure all oil has been removed properly and there is no longer any contamination. This is a health hazard for my family and neighbors and ******* Lady does not seem to understand this is a problem and has no desire to communicate on how to address this issue. This is shameful and shows no respect for people they are working with, customers or non-customers.
