I called this company at the beginning of November. They picked up the phone on the second ring. We set up an appointment for them to come down to the house and check a refrigerator issue that I was having. They came out and check the fridge the next day like we had planned. They said the problem was the circuitboard needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate for the job $546 and we paid him in full with cash. He gave us a receipt noting that we paid them in cash and said it would take 3 to 5 days to get the part and they would come right out as soon as the part came in. After three weeks he finally agreed to give me my money back. Since then ive tried calling him once a week and he wont return any of my phone calls. I had a friend call him to pretend like she needed service to her refrigerator and he picked up right away. I had another friend call and he picked up right away. I called him right after and he doesnt pick up. He agreed to give me my money back three weeks ago and I havent heard from him or been able to contact him since. I am a very patient man and I gave him so much time to make this right and he just avoids me. I never left a negative review about anyone before but this company deserves itCustomer response
