This company passes blame between sister company pulse group. Paid ***** for equipment never received 3 big ticket items offered a refund of 3100. I just want my refund issued in a credit so I can go away.Customer response

The business never got back to us after getting a credit sent to us that i attached.
We never received payment for the past 4.5 months and the communication that was received was that we did not need to contact you or send complaints. Totally rediculous being that they never delivered the equipment, lied repeatedly, and then issued a credit statement from quickbooks but never cut a check to coincide with it

I purchased a functional trainer in October 2023. I was VERY patient as they kept changing delivery dates and providing excuses. I eventually requested a refund April 4 and they have not sent it. They are not responding to my emails or telephone calls.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
My son who lives on the east coast has also been contacting them. He heard got an email from the sales person but not from the company or their accounting department.
