March 15 2024 I bought ***** boss updo revolution ***** wig unit in ash blonde. This is the second occurrence where I purchased a wig, and got home only to find a floor model try on. The store has units out on the floor so you can see what youre buying and try it on. Then to prevent theft the employee grab the unit in the color you want and bring it to register which puts it in a black bag. The first time this happened in Providence a red unit when I got home, I realized that I had a box for a black wig, and when I pulled the wig out it was a birds nest tangle in the back. I tried to reach back out to the store, but because of a language barrier, whether that was real or pretend they were just hang up on me saying no return on wig. After that happened, I never went back to the Providence location and didnt have another issue for almost 8 months until 3/15. This time when I got home, not only did I have a floor model that was tangled. It wasnt even the same wig. I had asked for ***** and had gotten *********************** was a curly unit I dont wear straight units because it looks fake and of course the one they put in the bag was straight. I had pointed to the curly wig on the mannequin so the employee knew what I wanted, but I suspect they get commission on these wigs, and when the wig is out of stock instead of telling the customer that theyre just sticking in what they determined to be the next closest thing to what you asked for even if its a used without telling you. This was especially upsetting for me, as I have medical hair loss, and had bought that unit for an event only to discover that the wig that I had bought was unwearable. Both of these units, even after I spent additional money on products to try to fix them were unusable. I tried email social media phone but got nowhere. Id be ok w the wig I asked for or my money back I still got their tangled wig and be more then happy to return it to them. The red 1 was another $49 loss so $110 wigs $30 in productBusiness response

We as the business we cannot afford to take back what customers used and returned back after few weeks!
