We paid Pranzi ************** $6,826.83 to rent equipment for our wedding which was held 08/13/2022. We had multiple conversations with **** the manager and several workers to discuss our specific needs. Pranzi was supposed to deliver Tables, Chairs, Dance floor, and Bar furniture to our wedding venue. Pranzi did explain that they did not handle the breakdown of the equipment but was able to do the setup/placement of the tables and bar for us to finish placing decorations. We had considered having an outside tent but decided against it and we chose specific colors and designs for our napkins (Navy Blue) and charger plates (grey/silver). On the day of the wedding Pranzi's team only setup the dance floor. Pranzi left the rest of the equipment outside of the venue. Pranzi's team failed to place the tables in the reception area as we had discussed on multiple occasions. Pranzi did not setup the Bar for our bartenders as we had agreed to. Pranzi placed all of the ceremony chairs in a tent that we did not ask for which was about 400ft down a hill away from where the actual ceremony was to be held. The farmers tables which were supposed to be placed in the reception area was left in a banquet tent outside of the venue. Sadly, it was our wedding guests who had to wheel the chairs up the hill to the proper location and move all of the tables to the reception area where they were to be placed. Pranzi also delivered rose gold charger plates when we specifically asked for grey/silver. On the day of our wedding no one from Pranzi answered our calls to try and assist us with resolving the issues. When we finally had an opportunity to speak with **** a couple of days after to express our frustration, his response was, "what do you want me to do". I would like a partial refund on the basis that Pranzi did not setup equipment we asked them to, failed to update their notes resulting in delivery of incorrect charger plates, and delivering part of our rental to the wrong location.Customer response
