This store location (************) offered pickup for ******** orders in 2022. I picked up an order from Wish in August 2022 with no issues, I picked up an order again in September& the worker told me I was lucky because it was almost at the deadline for me to pick it up. I was nice, but curious because I was still within the 15day ***** period to pick the order up. He gave me a very dirty look, handed me my order& I left. On October 5th I got an email another one of my orders had arrived & I had until October 20th to pick it up. The next day on October 6th I went to the store & told the same worker I was here to pick up an order & had my phone out for him to scan the code. Without even looking at the code he said Nope, you gave me lip last time you were here so I sent this package back I was confused & upset, again I tried to show him my phone saying it arrived just yesterday & I had 15 days to pick it up. He just repeated that I gave him lip so he sent the package back. I started to cry & tried one more time asking why this was happening & he just laughed at me. I was able to confirm with Wish this Boost Mobile worker did indeed send it back the day it arrived, & Wish was able to give me a full refund. All I have wanted for 2 years is an apology, but instead my reviews online keep getting deleted and the owner says: we dont work with Wish This is false. It is a business relationship between Wish & the pickup stores they use, this store makes a commission from these pick-**** So, this was a business transaction. & this horrible employee of your store choosing to send my package back for no true reason is so unethical & disheartening. Whether they still work with Wish or not, please stay away from this store. I can only assume all the employees are horrid like this man was, based on how their manager/owner has addressed my complaint over the years. Saying sorry & meaning it can really go a long way. I hope their customer service standards have improved.
