      I purchased a driving ****** in the month of December, but unfortunately I got covid and was unable to make it. I spoke to the owner of the business and when I tried to reschedule they told me they had no availability for that week that I wanted to reschedule on. They told me they were able to provide me with a refund. When I texted her asking her if she can give me the refund she never got back to me or responded

      Good Afternoon The student who made the complaint after we scheduled her 2 hours of practice on 2 occasions canceled us at the last minute, cancellations are made 48 hours in advance for that reason we do not refund the money, since in her space we do not ask to schedule anyone else and as you will understand we as a business are not here to save space and that they do not cancel since the space that we assign to the Student even if they call us others we do not give it since it is reserved therefore she booked on 2 occasions and canceled her practice. that is the reason why she did not make the refund

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.

      The response  said you are supposed to cancel within 48 hours, but I never canceled the driving class I rescheduled due to being sick with covid and I never canceled twice. As you see in the messages I provided above the business offered to reschedule and if I did not find a spot they would refund me the money. I asked the business through text if she was available the 26th and no response then I asked if I could be provided the refund since I didnt receive the service. Theres no where on their website that states a cancellation policy but as I said before I was sick with covid and was unable to make it to the class and didnt want to risk getting other people sick.
