I purchased a 2021 Tracker 570 ATV from Cabelas in ****************, ** on May 22, 2021. When I went to pick it up it had a flat tire and was hard to shift. The service department there said the tire just needed air and that the shifting was normal. I took it in after the break in period to be serviced on June 18, 2021, to Bass Pro in *******, ** (same company as purchased through). When I picked it up there was oil on the platform under the engine. They said they had spilled some oil. After I got it back I only drove it a couple times. I took it back September 30, 2021 to check the oil as it seemed to be leaking. They found they had stripped the plastic oil cap and replaced it. The repair service department drove it quite a bit to make sure it was not leaking. They thought it was shifting hard and called the Tracker technician to see if it should shift that hard and he said no. I left It there to be worked on September 30. I called several times to follow up and they were waiting on the technician consultation and parts. It got done February 24, 2022. When I went to pick it up the tire was flat. They found it needed to be replaced so I left it there. The tire was replaced and I was finally able to pick up on April 5, 2022. I am asking for an extended warranty as they had it in the shop over 6 months. It came with a one year warranty which will expire May 22, 2022. I would like at the very least a 6 month or 12 month extra warranty as I lost over 6 months use. I feel like this is a lemon as I am still unsure if it sounds right. If I could get my money back and return it that would even be better. I have talked to the service area and to a customer service person at ******************** about a minimum of an extra 6 month warranty and have not gotten anywhere! Textron ************************. is disappointed to hear that ****************** has experienced these issues with his vehicle. In response to ********************** request for an extension of his warranty commensurate with the use that he has lost, TSV is extending the factory warranty coverage on his ATV by a 6-month period.
