Paid in full. He keeps issuing new contracts. Retaining wall is not what was agreed upon for rocks as he used boulders, used cement, and it takes up too much room to stack along property line. He wanted to dump fill in the front yard and street bc the truck could not go in the backyard due to him, this was a full large dump truck load to be followed by a large load of loam and he was not present at the property. He wants to do the fill and level backyard before completing/fixing the retaining rock wall. He continues to lie and has stolen our money. He also dumped some fill in our yard with a smaller truck that had garbage/glass bottles in it. He killed several shrubs and rose bushes that need to be replaced. He never shows up or plans to show up when rain is expected. We want our money back, including loss of shrubs and bushes. We have further documentation with video, pictures, texts, etc. He said he was going to email more documents and he never did. We have lost 2 *******, I have a child and a dog. We are not wealthy as we used our saving and construction loan to pay for this. Please help us.

I ended my business relationship with the owner at the end of my year contract in March 2022. We had a contract that had lasted a year for lawn and yard maintenance including tree trimming and garden care. I was unsatisfied with the work provided and at the end of our contract (March 2022), I paid **** in full and expressed to him that I would no longer be needing his services. Two days ago, **** (the owner) requested that I pay him 1600$ to which I replied that I wasnt sure who I was speaking with. He said that he had been working on my property all this time and that I owed him this money. I explained that Our contract ended in March of 2022 and I didnt have a contract with him from that point forward. I explained that we were clear that we didnt want his services any longer. I was shocked to hear him say that he had been working in my yard for the past 7 months according to him. **** became increasingly angry, telling me that I either pay him or he would take me to court for thousands of dollars and threatened to dump 7 yards of debris on my lawn. His words were quite threatening. I am appalled by his lack of professionalism and trespassing on my property without my permission and then trying to extort money from me.

I hired this company back in May, 2022 to do a new patio in my backyard, new sod on my whole property, replace driveway and steps in driveway, walkway and front steps, irrigation system, and replace the fence along the back of the house. I gave them an $8500 deposit and they came and did all the demo. The owner of the company told me that they would be finished within the week and requested the final payments in order to finish. I obliged. Weeks went by and they never showed back up. Then, they would show up for an hour or two and leave. Here we are in September and the project is still only half finished. Finally on sept 11th, after my calls had been ignored for weeks, I got in touch with the owner and after he screamed at me and called me names he finally provided in writing that they would finish the job within 2 weeks. The first 11 days, nobody showed up. On day 12, one guy showed for an hour. Finally, on day 12, a handful of people showed up. They were getting ready to lay sod in my front yard. One of the things I had told the owner was that the plants that they put in my front yard were not pretty. One of the shrubs was completely tipped forward and is dead. I went out and asked that they remove those items as they never asked me what I wanted planted and I did not like it at all. The owner started screaming at me and calling me names. So I told him that I filed a complaint with tHe contractors board and the inspector was coming on tuesday (this was Friday). I came in and called the police. They advised me that I should just let them do the work as they finally showed up and I decided they were right so I wanted to go out and make amends with the owner father and as soon as I walked up to the passenger side of the truck he started yelling that he felt threatened he had his phone in his hand. he called police on me. Apparently the concrete truck was cancelled. They spent an hour or so laying the sod and left. I have not heard from them since.

On July 6,2022 I signed a contract with DCJ to reconstruct my basement. I gave them ********* down payment. They started the work, I gave them another ******** upon their request and a promise of ******** discount. Then they stopped working. Stating their employee had stolen his money etc. They have not answered calls or text and will not return any money. They have apparently done this to other people as well.
