I arrived at the parking garage at 9pm and parked and exited through the Washington Entrance. We returned at 11:05PM and the garage was closed and locked down. There was no visible signage where we parked and where we exited saying that that garage closed at 11pm. We were informed by the parking attendee after the garage was closed, and was not informed prior to parking. On the parking receipt there was no mention of the garage closing at 11pm. My car was locked and inaccessable overnight. I was required to Uber home and Uber back in the morning when the garage opened, where I was charged an overnight fee.Customer response

Responding to complaint # ******** Civic Center Garage property. My name is *************************** I am the manager at Civic Center Garage.
At Civic Center Garage we have multiple signage throughout the garage with our hours of operation, I have attached pictures for your records. We have two signs posted on our Washington Street entrance that is located on the outside of the building and another sign on an A-frame next to the ticket kiosk, so when a customer pulls into the ********************** and pulls a ticket, they see our hours of operations. We have two signs posted on our Fountain Street entrances, and we also have signs on all four of our exiting doors on the first level with our hours of operation. We also instruct our employees to inform customers what time we close if they see anyone pulling into the garage close to closing time. It is unfortunate ************************* was locked out of the garage, but we strongly feel that it was an oversight on her part because we do have the appropriate signage to let our customers know what time our facility closes.
