I registered at RISD (Rhode Island School Design) for the Creating Immersive 3D Environments course on June 7th 2021 for my daughter. It was supposed to be 10 days, from June 21 2021 to July 2 2021. The first 2 days RISDs system was down. We emailed the instructor on the 1st day from the support portal and received a msg back that the instructor will get back to you within 24 to 48 hrs. We called the support phone number and were told there is a system issue and it would be resolved. On the 3rd day the system was up, but the course resources/content was not complete. By the end of the 5th day everything was sorted out. Instead of extending the course another 5 days to make up for all of their delays, RISD shut the course down the morning of the 10th day. This is unacceptable. I paid for a 10 day course and in return my daughter received less than 5 days of content learning. RISD should have extended the course to compensate for their errors. I expect nothing less than a full refund.Customer response
