On May 24th, 2024, I accepted and paid a deposit of $3,980.72 on a proposal #**** for a **************************** Lift (***) that was to be installed and available for my use on May 30th, 2024 after getting discharged from the hospital. They failed to get the *** installed on May 30th because a part on the machine needed to be replaced. I requested for an alternative solution to be installed so I could get into my house safely and not disobey my doctor's ****** of no weight bearing on my foot. I had to pay an additional $200 to get a temporary Stair Lift installed. I wouldn't have needed this alternate solution if they had installed the *** as originally planned so, I don't understand why I needed to pay an additional fee? Once the part was delivered, they scheduled to finish the installation on June 18th. On June 18th, they come back but still failed to get the *** successfully installed. They notify me that the technician will need to come back on June 19th and 20th to finish the installation. They failed to come back on June 20th because they were running behind on other jobs and indicate that the next available installation date would be July 1st because they are booked out. I spoke with the owner and announce my disapproval at their lack of resolution and demanded a refund since they failed to install my *** as originally planned on May 30th. They wouldn't give me a refund and state that a technician will come on June 21 and finish the *** installation that day. On June 21, they come back and the *** is still not installed. At this point, I have called and spoken to the Manager and Owner of this company and demanded a refund numerous times and still, they refuse to provide it to me. They failed to deliver the install on the agreed upon date of May 30th and now almost a month later, I still don't have a *** installed. I am done dealing with this company and request a refund so I can take my business elsewhere.Customer response
