I contacted CJ's plumbing and heating in november of 2021 about installing a propane line for a new 18Kw generac generator I recently had wired into my homes electrical system. They assured me that they could do the job. I emailed a picture of the job site and included in the email that I had an 18Kw gererac generator. They came to the house at the agreed upon date. They were there lass than an hour, BLACK PIPED the fuel inlet so the connection to the line could be attached outside of the generac. This is completely wrong. There is a one inch flex propane line that generac supplied with the generator to attach to the fuel inlet to the generator that was and still is sitting inside the generator cavity right near the inlet. Then they attached a 1/2 inch propane line to the black pipe inlet they installed. The propane company's tank install and the inspection went belly up because the generator needs a one inch propane line. This is a clear example of incompetent workmanship. I reached out to them about the inspection before I new that I had been a victim of fraud. They sais they would be in touch. They never called again. My wife reached out to the YES woman at CJ's plumbing who said they were very busy this time of year. My wife explained that we are sitting on a $10,000 piece of equipment to keep our family safe and warm if the electrical was to cut out and they did not do the job of installing a propane line correctly. They said they would get back to us. That has not happened. They got my money and there is no priority to fix this fraudulant job!! WRONG INLET CONNECTION!! EVEN WHEN THE RIGHT ONE WAS PROVIDED AND IN PLAIN SIGHT! WRONG DIAMETER PROPANE LINE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE ***** THAT SHOWS I COMMUNICATED TO THEM WHAT SIZE THE GENERATOR WAS! NOW THERE IS NO RESPONSE EXCEPT THEY ARE TO BUSY RIGHT NOW!! I WANT THE WRONG LINE TAKEN OUT AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!Business response

We would like to apologize for not getting back to you in a timely fashion, unfortunately it was extremely busy with 'no heat' emergencies but, I should have been more attentive to your request.
We have in fact mailed you the refund for the full amount of your project. Again, sorry for any inconvenience and delays.
