      I had my reading glasses from bought online from Foster Grant for 6 months and they suddenly broke and the glass fell off. This is the second time this happens. Sent 4 emails but never got an answer back. Called them today and they say that they only have a 90 day warranty!!!!!! What a scam. I would not recommend to buy from them. I will NOT.

      I have a suspicion that nobody actually works at Foster Grant. I ordered a pair of sunglasses over three weeks ago and received an email telling me that I would get another email when they shipped. Still haven't got that shipping notice or the glasses. Calls to the customer service number just disconnected before any answer, and there don't seem to be any humans handling the chat or email. This isn't "free shipping," either. I actually paid for it. Their site has a disclaimer about the impact of COVID, but in June of 2023 that impact seems to be particular to them. All my online orders with other companies are arriving swiftly.

      This is my second pair of Foster Grant that when closing them the arm falls off. I spent $30.00 bucks twice now and this product, the arm fell off, literally fell apart. After contacting Foster Grant via their ******** account they told me being I bought their product from ********* there is nothing they can do. Its still your product Foster Grant and you should stand behind it. Poor quality product and a poor way to do business with a customer of your product.

      ***, we're so sorry to hear about your experience with our glasses. We do not currently offer a warranty policy for retail purchases as we cannot guarantee the handling and care of them by the retailer or their customers. However, most retailers typically accept returns as long as it falls with their return criteria.

      I understand and have seen the way you conduct business with customers who but your products. I understand you do not stand behind your products. I filed this complaint here and many others social platforms to share how you dont stand behind your products and how poor your customer service is in hopes that many will see the poor response from you and hopefully opt for other products that have a ************** on standing behind their product regardless of who sells it.
