            My dog received his first of a series of two flu vaccine injections on 9/8/22. We were told to come back for the second (which was paid for in advance with the first) on 9/26/22. When I arrived for the appointment they notified me after a twenty minute wait that they had no flu vaccine available and I would need to go online to reschedule. I attempted to do so but received no response. Upon calling I was told I needed to speak to a manager, but none was ever available and the call was not returned. Multiple attempts were made to reschedule the vaccine. The practice ultimately fired me and made false statements (there were no confrontations and I never left that practice without having paid my bills in full) and would not provide the second vaccine or compensation (as I alluded to above they actually tried to say I owed them money which is absurd). I found another vet but was told the vaccine series had to be restarted because too much time had elapsed since the first given on September 8, 2022. I am seeking a refund of the $67 spent on this vaccine.

            Staff is incompetent, rude and disrespectful. I have been told different things by different staff members with no path to resolution. ****** specifically has hung up on me multiple times. I have been with them for over 30 years but during COVID I had to put two of my pets down because they refused to help us. I am in the process now of finding a new vet to avoid euthanasia and heartbreak for a four time in my life.
