      I initially brought my car to your shop when there was an issue with my bumper. I was quoted a $998.00 amount for the service which I honestly didnt mind because I am from Warwick and wanted to ensure i supported a business that i could build a relationship with coming from ***********. At the same time, I received a car starter for my car (under the assumption it was a remote starter) && asked your auto shop to put the starter in the car. No follow up questions or anything just that it could be done. The bumper was complete and the starter, which I assumed I needed was also installed.I called the ******** *** because I am attempting to activate the car starter I just got installed (remote) and they responded and advise my car is not even a year old (purchase) and the last service done on my car (January 2022) confirmed no issues with the actual starter in my car and that it was under warranty (which I assume I should have been told, but no mention from anyone at your business besides the older gentleman who gave me a ride home). Now, I am no subject matter expert on cars, and look for the expertise of your workers when something is wrong with my car or not. I was sent a video when there were recommendations regarding my oil in my car and even my tires which I set appointments to have resolved based on the recommendations advised. It was never communicated to me that the starter already in my car was fine and I didnt need to input a new one, && didnt receive this confirmation until ******** showed me my paperwork and questioned why my warranty wasnt checked or used and asked for paperwork from your auto repair shop to confirm I needed a new starter. (which I confirmed with your workers there is no record of.)In the end the starter was switched back (thanks to *** taking ownership and I also appreciate her apology.) but I still want a refund for my $327.57 paid, for a service I did not need.
