The company showed up the next day after an emergency call when my furnace went out. I was told in advance that the initial call would be $100. And the employee came over and checked the furnace in less than 20 minutes and then left after I paid him $100. I feel this was a fair price for a short time notice on my furnace, the furnace was under warranty the part was under warranty and the maintenance cost for labor came to $450. The company took $50 off for a military discount, of which I am a retired member of, but still insisted on charging me $400, for less than one half hour of work. I feel that a price for $500 is not appropriate for this work that took less than 1 hour, that would include the service call and the regular maintenance done. When I asked for receipts for the work accomplished they finally emailed them to me in a PDF file. Summary of this company is they did excellent work on a short notice but prices were extremely high in my opinion.

************, I feel in the same boat as you, unfortunately, our economic crisis right now forced all companies to increase prices, especially for labor, just for the record if we spend 20 min or 2 hrs that job is priced as a 2-hour job remember my tech has to go to supply spend gas and time to get the part, in top of that the originally $100 that you paid that's the service and diagnostic fee that's another transaction we went there verify that your blower motor was defective so that only is a different transaction than go back again and take part and install the new one, as you said we gave you a $50 discount the same day we send out the invoice/ receive via text and email, if your email was wrong in our database you should get a copy via text that's how it works
