On March 1,2023, I had went to Brooks Insurance to get an auto insurance policy on my vehicle. At that point, I had made my down payment and received paperwork. On March 2 ,I went to the registry and was informed the paperwork was incomplete due to the fact that there had not been a insurance policy number. It is now 03/08/2023 and after numerous calls and complaints to Progressive and Brooks Insurance, I still have not received my policy number. I was treated rude by there employee *****. ******************************************** contacted me yesterday and said he would call me back but has not.Business response

Dear *******,
Our staff has spent hours meeting with you in person explaining your coverage options and helping you complete the insurance application. Your policy and ID cards were mailed to you on 3/9/2023 and because you do not have an email address we are unable to email you ID cards or your policy instantly. If you wish faster service we again suggest setting up a free email account on your phone so we may send you documents fasther and the US Postal Service.
