I ordered a necklace from the company that stated it was ***** inches. It is 18.5 inches to the very end. This is false advertisement. I send them measurement and proof. They said sorry thats our longest chain I requested a refund they denied it. I said I was going to file a claim against them. They sent me a return label I returned it and now they will not give me a refund. They said they will only give store credit. However they emailed me and said I could get a refund if I returned the item. They have lied 2 times now. It is illegal to falsely advertise something. I am very upset and now they have the necklace and are giving me nothing in return even though I paid for it and returned it exactly how they wanted it returned. I would like my money back and be done with the company since they told me to ship it back for a refund.
