Infiniti I purchased a 2019 factory certified Q50. I spent $30,000 on this vehicle.It has problem after problem.Now the car is leaking water . See pics 3 months ago there was corrosion on 2 internal main plugs in the car. How they got corroded? I spent $1500 to fix. Not under warranty even though the car has extended warranty. The Infiniti dealer could not find how the plugs got wet.Customer response

Another current issue with car is that it will not recognize the (2) remote PODs.
The batteries were changed.
Error message: No Key ID
The car does not recognize tbe PODs so the car won't start . The dealer says they have to be re programmed for a fee.

The car was purchased from Infiniti of Warwick (************) in January 2023.
Factory certified with extended warranty.
Here's a list of issues since purchase
1. Replace brake calipers
2. Corroded Internal Plugs - above your knees inside car. How can they corrode?
3. Car will not detect remotes - PODs
4. Car is leaking water internally.Ive sent pictures
Water all behind passenger seat floor.

Hello,
The customer took delivery of the ******** VIN# ***************** on Jan 20, 2023, as a certified pre-owned vehicle. The vehicle went through a comprehensive mechanical and safety inspection prior to it being offered for sale. The last time the vehicle was at our facility, was in April of the same year where brake work was done. It appears that the vehicle was at a different dealer with over ****** miles more than what it had when purchased. This makes it very difficult for us to be able to inelegantly give a reason to why corrosion might have happened particularly in the northeast. As far as the current ***** the customer mentioned in his complained, we will be happy to take a look at the vehicle and discuss with the customer as a number of reasons can be the source of such a ***** especially with the vehicle currently having over ****** miles.
