On February 5th we had no running water. After a ****** search for Plumbers, we discovered Evergreen Plumbing. According to their website, their core values are: Accountability, Empathy, Integrity, Professionalism and Reliability. We decided to make the call. I heard back from Evergreen the next morning and was told a Technician would be at the house within an hour or two. The Tech, Bill, was professional and went to the basement to assess this situation at 10am. Within 20 minutes, **** told me there was nothing wrong with the equipment in the basement and would have to check the well outside. This would cost $600. **** wanted to know if I agreed to this cost and I said yes as I have no water. After another 20 to 30 minutes, **** tells me the pump to the well is broken and would need to be replaced. He lets me know this may cost between $4000 to $7000 to fix. I feel this is high but, I have no water, and I trust his integrity. **** comes back with the part, a Grundfos pump. **** tells me this is one of the best. The cost will be $5,782 to replace and install. I then ask, "what model Grundfos are you installing because I see they cost $900-$2000?" **** tells me he is not sure of the model. He installs the pump and is done by 5:30pm. He gives me a digital reader to pay for the service. I ask ****, "will I get an itemized receipt for what I'm paying for?" **** assures me, "yes, you'll get an email that is itemized." Nothing could be further from the truth. I have no idea what pump I purchased, what parts were installed, what labor cost, etc. I have called and emailed several times looking for an itemized receipt for $5,782 with no response. I want to understand what I paid almost SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS for. The moment I saw the receipt with no itemization, I almost stopped payment on the credit card but did not because of MY integrity. A simple solution to this would be to show me what I paid for. Unless there is something to hide.Business response

On 10/20 this company came to clean my furnace, it was in perfect working order when they got here. Before he left he turned it on I told him it was not getting hot, no response I waited a little while and told him again, he muttered something about a switch and that it was alright., he charged me $69 and left. It was warm a few days I did not need it when I did turn it on it did not work. He came back out on the 28th fixed what he had messed up and charged me $69 again, I paid him. I then called Evergreen talk to a person named ***** who told me she would send out a check, two weeks later on Friday 11/12 I called back she said the check went out on Monday 11/8 and the check number was ****. Today is 11/17, this was mailed from ******************** I live in ***********************, it does not take more than three or four days to get mail from *******. I am asking for a $69 refund because I should not have been charged twice for a cleaning.Business response

I mailed out the refund on 11/8 and it was picked up here
at the office by the mail carrier, I will stop payment and issue
another check.

10/15/20 a ******** SPACE HEATER installed by company tech drilled hole on side of cover to wire thermostat ran wire along wall of home to thermostat he installed at doorway 1/17/21 gas leak & called the gas *** came out & found 26 LEL gas leaking at control valve technician from gas company said handle on gas valve should be replaced when heater was replaced warning was given to me gas was shut off 1/19/21 **** came out to repair the heater claimed there is no way the gas control valve was leaking It was impossible He repaired what thought was causing the leak & left 4/14/21 gas leak Evergreen sent **** smell gas took off cover found wire to heater to therm frayed/burned cut & put wire where should go cld mfg said blckd o****** 4/24/21 gas leak gas company came out leak on control valve technician **** lever gas line should be replaced new system installed tech shut gas off & NO clog biz lic exp 11/1/19 cld today spk w/ Angel want c/b todayCustomer response

Evergreen went back to **** Crowlys home and we fixed the leak as
well as the heater and when we were finished she was very pleased.
