Technician didn't show and when I called, **** insisted that, on the previous day, they left me a message to reschedule. I told her that wasn't true as I looked at my phone logs. She constantly interrupted me and when I complained that she was talking over me, she then hung up.I'm surprised as I have had nothing but good vibes and service from this company. I called this company and told them I wanted a kitchen faucet repaired or replaced. They said they would charge $89 for the call and it would be applied to the work if I accepted their quote. I agreed with the tech that it would be best to replace it. He gave me a quote of well over $800. I agreed because I was already $89 into it, and I hadn't checked prices, assuming a plumber would give me a reasonable quote. While he went to the warehouse I did some checking and changed my mind. I called the office. I was hoping they wouldn't bill me according to the contract and maybe not do the work, but they gave me a receipt that described exactly what happened. What a sweet deal for them - they do the work at 2 to 3 times the true value, or they collect $89 for a tech telling me it needs to be replaced.Review from MIGUEL P

I paid this plumbing company the amount of $13,600.00 Dollars to remove an old boiler and install a new combi boiler. *** new NATGas/Propane combi-boiler was installed by one of their field rep. *** boiler as per the manufacturer and specifications comes with a NATGas to Propane conversion kit and included the sensors to read the temperature outside the house. Well, the company did not leave any conversion kit and the temperature sensor was not installed. In addition, the plumber removed one of my **** thermostat and installed a low quality thermostat claiming that the boiler did not run with the **** thermostat and took it or got rid of it. I contacted the owner to let him know about the punch list items, he responded that the issues were going to be resolve. Two months after installation and the missing items still in the limbo. I wouldn't recommend this company for anyone.Review from Ron D

Five grand and i still have no hot water. Never pulled a permit need a lawyer now. Watch out for this company very dishonest this company needs to be shut down.Review from Jarrad S

Over priced by hundreds of dollars had them replace an outdoor faucet. It required two parts and not even an hour and a half of labor. They charged $655 incredibly over priced. When asked for a breakdown in the billing I was told thats not how we work, we just decided a price on the spot. They do not give out parts prices or labor prices.Review from Laurel B

Called them for emergency service when my boiler broke on 12/23 when it was 10 degrees. Tech who called said he knew what was wrong after asking 2 questions and said they didnt have that filter until Monday. I told him my oil company had just changed that so it wasnt it, then he said since my oil company already worked on it, it was a liability and refused to come look at it. Told me good luck and hung up!! Unprofessional and rude.Review from David H

Called Evergreen and they wanted me to buy things that weren't required to do. Then when I brought these things to their attention they agreed to change their charges to only clean certain parts. They wanted maximum charges without even checking things out. For instance they want me to install a new flue pipe when all I had to is seal it. Then they wanted me to buy an indoor fan for around $800 later changing their calculation to $440 just to clean the fan. At first they wanted to charge me $2,000 which I could've bought a new furnace. A total rip-off.
