April 4, 2023, I had a flat tire. I contacted AAA, as I have been a member for years. AAA sent Stop and Gas/GNI ************ as the tech to change my tire (a Stop and Gas employee arrived and removed the flat and put on my spare). Once Town Fair Tire had my replacement tire in, they began service and immediately informed me that whoever put my spare on, stripped a lug, therefore they were unable to fully secure the tire and advised me to go to ** for a replacement lug. I went to ** immediately. The ** techs informed me that the person who installed my spare stripped the wheel hub, which would cost about $800 in repairs between parts and labor (total ended up coming to $754.86). I contacted AAA and after weeks of back and forth, AAA advising me to get the repair done as there is no need to have it looked it by the company due to the nature of the damage, AAA then advised me that they only act as a middle man and Id have to go through Stop and Gas/GNI ************ directly to have the cost of the repair due to the damage they caused reimbursed.Today, May 12, I was finally able to speak with the owner/manager of Stop and Gas. I informed him of the aforementioned information and told him I have all of the documentation from Town Fair and **. He refused to see any of it and told me he wouldnt do anything about reimbursing me for the repairs of the damage his business caused.Business response

our policy is to contact us before doing anything. A wheel stud is not 800$, it will cost was less tp change a wheel stud and nut. She can't just go spend whatever she wants and come back ask ** for refund. Unfortunately nothing here we can doCustomer response
