  ********** Ponte, who owns, GREENWICH BUSINESS CAPITAL LLC, WILL COMMIT FRAUD at the drop of a hat. GREENWICH BUSINESS CAPITAL is owned by a man named ***********************************, formerly known as Ponte Investments LLC. From personal experience, this company -WILL DEFRAUD U.S. MILITARY VETERANS, -CHEAT AND LIE TO MINORITIES -MAKE FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS -ENCOURAGE YOU TO COMMIT FRAUD -PORPORTED THEMSELVES AS CERTIFIED SBA LENDERS(Which they are not)They work with a lending company named Newtek Small Business Lending, that is in collusion with them. They kept the same staff, same owner, *********************************, and changed their name to to you GREENWICH BUSINESS CAPITAL. This man, *********************************, nor his company GREENWICH BUSINESS CAPITAL, IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. If you've had similar experiences with GREENWICH BUSINESS CAPITAL, respond to this and feel free to join me in my legal complaint against this company.

  8 Dec 2019 Ponte Investments proclaimed they were SBALoanProgram a division of Ponte Investments, LLC claimed to be representing the *** and soliciting loan applications on behalf of the *** Lending program They made statements that " This fee is only charged once all financial documents have been reviewed and conditionally. approved. we submitted all requested documents, paid a $2,000 dollar fee and nothing happened. They forwarded us to Torch then NewTek Business Finance Solutions Direct: ************************* Email: ********************* Website: www.newtekone.com and then to Torch Small business Lending attached document. It appears that this was a big shame starting with Ponte Investments then to Torch then to Newtek. No refund or communication to date.for loan processing, and nothing happened. I reached back out to Ponte Investments for a refund and no response to date. I just read today concerning FTC charges against Ponte Investments and that they have changes there Business name to Greenwich Business Capital.

  Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

   

  We have made numerous attempts to contact Business.  See attached returned e-mails. Has vendor stated, we just need to contact them.  I did call today and I am pending a return call.  Spoke with ******** Ponte, he stated he will locate the file and call me back. It's been just about 2 years and services have not been provided. During our conversation, ******** attempted to further assist me with a SBA Loan. I do not feel this Company is reputable, The reason for this rejection is my refund has not been received.
