    I purchased a 2016 ***** CX 5 from Speedcraft Acura for $19,000. At the time of test drive, I felt a vibration in the steering wheel and thumping while braking. There was also an issue with the drivers power seat that the dealership did resolve. I was told at the time of test drive that all issues would be resolved before picking up vehicle. I received a call from sales Manager ************************* stating that the vehicle was all set and repaired and that the tires needed to be balanced. I asked about the rotors being looked at and he stated it was not the rotors. Fast forward to driving the vehicle and still feeling a vibration I had it looked at by my mechanic. He confirmed that the rotors and front brakes were bad and that the rear tires had significant wear compared to the front and would likely need to be replaced before winter. I contacted the service department and spoke with *** and explained the issue. He states that he would not have looked at rotors because the message was not that there was a vibration while braking. I did not think I needed to draw a road map to a service manager who repeatedly tells me he has been doing this for 15 years but cannot even properly *****************. The car should have never left the lot or even been put for sale if they cannot even do something as simple as making sure from brakes are working properly. After my conversation with *** an appointment was made to look at vehicle. *** confirms that the brakes and rotors are bad but that he needs the ok from ************************* who is not in the building to repair this. After a long drawn out process to get brakes fixed that day or so I thought I am told I will get a call about tires which to date I have not or received a call back from ******* after an email and voicemail. I get home and realize receipt states rotors were resurfaced not replaced which no one does anymore. The service **** is incompetent and the dealership could care less about you once you leave!

    I went to the dealership with my daughter to look at a car, unfortunately we couldn't reach an agreement. I was told during the process that I had to put down a **** dollar deposit on a credit card but if the deal failed, the charge wouldn't be finalized and I wouldn't be charged. Then next day, the charge was finalized. The salesman told me that it would be "charged back"...it hasn't been and despite messages to the management and dealers association, I get nothing.
