On February 03, 2023, I bought a 2018 Alfa ****** ****** with only ****** miles on it from Speedcraft Nissan on 885 *********, ************ **. from ***** who was the car salesman I took for a test drive it didn't have any check engine light because they reset it so it didn't read. After I give the finance manager $5,000. I drove off the with a problem, The next day the ************* lights were on. I took it back and I ask for my money back and ***************************, who was very unprofessional, pushy and quite rude , the finance manager was too late, I went in myself as a young women and I was played. My car as been in the shop and I have driven a loaner car more than my owe car. I has been back to the Dealership more the 10 times for 2 weeks the longest time in dealership. I had to replace a cylinder coil pack and spark plug on a vehicle that is basically new & shouldn't need these already. 1 week after spending $400 dollars I was back again for the same problem and the couldn't pick up which cylinder coil pack. it was misfiring. I bought it back again for the final time, The top service manager *********************, told me straight to my face that "the best thing I should do is to get rid of it". I could've cried after spending $5000 down and $500 a month , the last dollar I had to buy a car I was hoping to last me and my daughter for awhile has not even lasted me a year. They took advantage of me being a young girl by myself. I believe this car was in an accident and the employee at Speedcraft Nissan knew it & just had to get rid of it to me but I wont go down without a fight! That was wrong for them to sell a car like this to a single mother struggling to survive on my own.Business response

I PURCHASE A CAR FROM SPEEDCRAFTS DEALER AND WAS ASSISTED BY *********************** NOW AND AFTER I PAID OFF THE LOAN THAT I WAS FORCED TO TAKE TO HELP THEM GET MORE INVENTORY FROM NISSAN AS THEY SAID BUT NOW AFTER I PAID THE UNWANTED LOAN AT A SUPER HIGH INTEREST AM STILL AWAITING MY GAP INSURANCE TO BE REFUNDED, IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS SINCE I PAID OFF THE LOAN AND CONTACTED *** BUT WITH NO SUCCESS, THIS IS UNFAIR SITUATION, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND APPARENTLY *** IS AVOIDING ME UNLESS I CALL TROUGH THE MAIN LINE THEN HE HAS NO WAY OF KNOWING WHO'S CALLING, BUT HE'S NOT DOING ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THIS, THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST, AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS THERE JUST IN IT FOR THEM SELF'S THEY CARE LESS ABOUT A CUSTOMER.Business response

Hello,I ordered catalytic converters for both left and right sides, air fuel sensors and O2 sensors. They charged a $250 core charge for one converter and $190 for the other, which is normal and is refundable upon return of the old converters. I have emailed them twice with no response on where to return them and the website doesnt seem to open. I tried calling with no answer or goes to voice mail, which I have left messages. Can this be escalated to Nissan corporate? My husband and I had Covid for 8 weeks and not able to work, would greatly appreciate getting my $440 back.Thank you,*******Business response
