On 11/15/2021 called Miner Discount Fuel to schedule oil delivery. Was on phone with their answering service for 15 minutes repeating my information several times over, only to have them inform that someone would call me to schedule a delivery. They called & scheduled delivery for the following day. However no oil was delivered, so I called to inquire about the status. I stated my name & address, yet I was asked to repeat my information all over again. I inquired whether or not I had reached the answering service again, because I didn't want a reoccurrence of the previous day. However the person just ignored me & continued to repeatedly ask for my name & address, all while deliberately talking over me to drown out my voice. Somewhat perplexed, I terminated the phone call, & attempted to reach out to the company via another contact number from their website. I opted to text a request for the status of the delivery, I received the following reply:"Please be informed that we have removed you from our delivery schedule and you are no longer a customer of ********************. We will not be delivering to you now or in the future.You were asked over and over when we listened to the recording for a name so that we could help u. You sounded half in the bag....slurring and rude. There is no need for that behavior. No one needs to be talked to abusively. We shared the conversation with Rob, the owner. He put his foot down. We have AWESOME customers who treat us w respect and kindness. Those r the customers we will keep.****, Miner Discount Fuel"They claim to have a recording of me being "rude" & "abusive". Neither is true.I sent a few screenshots of reviews from people who have had similar complaints/experiences of poor treatment from this business & for no apparent reason. Yet was then accused of "harassment".Customer is a 78 year old gentleman.Always paid C.O.D.Never experienced anything like this ever before.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
Miner Discount Fuel overcharged me $25 on ******** delivery. See attached receipt. They claimed it was an "oversight", and promised to credit me the $25 dollars on my next oil delivery. Yet when the next delivery was scheduled in November they never delivered any oil, therefore I never received my $25 credit either. They still owe me $25 for charging me for a product (Hot) thats only added to oil during the winter months, not during the summer months.
