You are an awful mother and should be ashamed of vourself.In the middle of winter with a cold snap coming You allowed ur house to get down to 10 gallons of oil w a baby at home. Then you BLAME the oil company instead of accepting responsibility. Shameful!!!****, Miner Discount Fuel Please do not contact I was told on Wednesday or what the oil price was I had to talk to my husband about it because our money is extremely tight with full-time college, I recently broke my back, and we have a four-year-old child. On Thursday I called for an oil delivery. It was confirmed that Saturday they would be there. She hasnt told me to put diesel in on Friday. I said OK no problem.. when *** rolled around **** she told me all the trucks for frozen. I was very upset because I only had less than 10 gallons of oil in my house is what my husband and I could afford but we make just till we have to get an oil. Im sorry your money is tight but I depending on this oil company and its kindness and empathetic sympathy for our situation which I got none of instead, I got humiliation.Review from Chad J

Horrible customer service!! They change the price of their oil after the orders have been placed. They charge you even if you dont receive the oil and then give you a hard time when you try & get your money back. They definitely dont know the meaning of a mom & pop business. Theyve taken advantage of far too many other customers. I will never use this company again & if your reading this then I recommend you dont either.Review from Marilyn P

I ordered heating oil from this *********** yesterday at a locked in price of $3.57 to be filled up. I ordered it over the phone. They delivered it today, but charged me $3.75, NOT the agreed upon $3.57. I called them immediately and spoke to the owner whom promptly advised me that unless I paid it up front online ahead of time, the price goes up with the days rates. I was quoted a firm price. As far as Im concerned that is a terribly unfair business practice. I paid close to a $1000.00 today. He would not even listen. All he said was Sorry-price went up!I was never made aware up front of any particular policy he speaks of. He refused to honor his quote. UNBELIEVABLE Am I wrong?
