I can't login to my account, so I had a "********************** chat" - I think!!! Then the chat person sent me to fill out a form with personal information on it. the form said it was going to charge me $5 but is completely refundable. Then I get a message that the transaction was denied for $52. I then "supposedly" talked to "****" at the ***************** She asked me if I approve or deny the $52 - of course I denied it. So, she proceeds to tell me (numerous times because I could not understand her) that my card has been cancelled immediately and I will be issued a new card in 7 - 10 days. If I deny it - it is considered Fraud so it has to be cancelled. Why was I sent to "Just Answer Experts" to fill out that form and why would I be charged anything for requesting help to get into my own account??? I think I have just been SCAMMED. What the h*** is with Vystar? Why are they doing this and why and how do I even know if this is Real or a Scam????? The banks are all closed now because is Saturday the 13th of July at 4:25PM. If this is a scam, are they going to cover and/or re-imburse my money back to my account since this all took place are there Very Own website??? They are pretty well know for having on-line issues - they cost people money instead of protecting your money. Not a very happy customer - possibly ex-customer.

I was late 15 days on my loan payments for medical reasons, and bots automatically withdrew money from my accounts (without my knowledge) to apply to my loans; as a result, left my accounts with a negative balance; nevertheless do not care about other creditor obligations, or outstanding checks. Big deterrent from wanting to get another loan with them.

Worst customer service. They take your hard earned money and treat it as their own. Good luck getting any of it back!

VyStar are using AI to play with funds available- showing above board amount- then lead you to believe you have funds then let you overdraw and charge overdraft fees every week.

This is the worst online banking experience Ive ever had. Their customer service is terrible and any time I need anything done they fail to execute.

I have been with Vystar since **** and vystar no longer cares about there members anymore. They are running the people off I was told people take there money out everyday @ vystar now so its no big deal they dont care about losing members. They have very bad customer service they dont listen they go in and mess with your account and mess up your account. I DO NoT RECOMMEND THIS BANK . They messed the members over for months with the online banking. Having memories for over 23 years is a blessing we dont have to use your bank or put money I. Your bank . Treat people how you want to be treated,
