This company was working on to projects for our company. Project #1 was to replace 2 washers and 2 dryers for our guest laundry facility. They did install the 2 dryers but have not seen the 2 washers. These items have been completely paid for. Project #2 was to replace 9 guest room doors. They were paid over $6000 for the materials and have replaced 1 door with very poor workmanship. I have asked numerous times for the washers which we have paid for and the doors which also have been paid for and I am told they can get them to me all at once. Again ALL of these items has already been paid for. Now at this point they will not return my phone calls. Basically they have taken the money and ran. Very dishonest organization.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/22) */ I have pictures of every step taken during the process of the removal and installation of said projects. Not only was my company asked not to continue but we were asked not to return until Mr. ***** return from **. He was in breach of contract from the start of the project anyway. I have an email that I sent to the main corporation in response to his threats etc. This complaint is simply one of his ways to threaten my company and control it. I have text messages as well. The monies he claims the company kept were mentioned in the email to his corp. The washers in question here were on backorder with *****. That was the issue with that. I have even given him a copy of the order and receipt of payment. In the mix-up with the backorder ***** tried to double charge the order. This caused ***** to cancel the order without our knowledge. I have offered to buy both washers as well as get the seven doors left over when they become available as they are not all available at once. This has been explained to him several times. Since I have notified his Corp office about the threats and the breach of contract, we have been waiting for a response from them. We still have offered to have both the washers delivered to the property, along with the seven remaining doors as they become available. So, to sum up this entire complaint. It is just another tactic Mr. **** is trying use against my company. Mr. **** has gone as far as not only the treats, texting, calls, to even calling my fire chief as well. Since he was found in breach of the contract and several other infractions pertaining to the contract, he's simply trying whatever he can. We have paid for 2 washers and have not received them. We have paid for 9 guest room doors and have not received any of them undamaged. I also have many text messages that say we are working on it and nothing ever happens. All that needs to be done is produce the 2 washers and 9 undamaged doors.
