              WARNING. We built a home with Carolina Signature Homes and have had numerous issues. Since moving in August 2022. Currently no guest bathroom as there is a gaping hole in the tub. With no repair date scheduled. The Kitchen has a built-in espresso maker in a cabinet that was custom built. The cabinet they built is too small for the unit. The unit was left inserted and not property bolted in, an accident waiting to happen. No repair date scheduled for this either. Have a back deck that was built, that has support boards that have been pieced in. No repair scheduled. Kitchen backsplash which has polished marble with holes in the underneath cabinet corners. No repair date scheduled for this. Wood floors have glue stains leaking through them, no repair date scheduled. Carpet in the bedrooms have snags and seems unraveling. Beware of Carolina Signature Homes.
