I'm very pleased from my first call getting info to now having the service. Making the appointment was a breeze and Josh coming to check everything out was no problem. Josh explained every step he would do and told us what we needed to do. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the steps, plans, the insecticide and anything we asked. Aiken Pest Control does a great job...we have been using them for years and have had zero complaints and we continue to be pest free~our service tech., Jason(***), is the best...he is always on time, always friendly, extremely thorough and he never leaves without making sure that we don't have any other issues~we appreciate all of his hard work!
