I tried to place an order with them but entered an incorrect street name and number. The order was refused. When I called to inquire the first person wit whom I spoke said the shipping address must match the billing address. I as to speak with a supervisor because I did not believe the answer was valid. Th supervisor told me the order was refused because the shipping address was not a deliverable address which was my error. She advised me to use another credit cad because the previous order was linked to my email address and credit card number. I reordered using a different credit card and the order was rejected. I then had a relative order the item who uses the same shipping and billing address. This order was denied. I contacted customer service and explained what had occurred and asked what store(s) had the item in stock. The person checked and discovered there were none in stock and suggested I try to order it at a later date. I asked why the orders were declined/refused instead of the website indicating it was out of sock. They had no answer but I will be checking by credit card transactions to unauthorized charges.
