      I took my truck to dealership on 10/6/2022 for transmission problems. They said the Tipm/fuse box was bad and gave me an estimate of $1,500 to fix. They called it was fixed and ready to pick up before I could get there they called back and said the truck would not crank. They called the next day and said there was fuel built up in cylinders and couldn't get it running, then said fuel pump was bad then high pressure pump was bad then injectors were bad. I bought new injectors and delivered the injectors to them to put on. After they put the new injectors on they still could not get it to run. The mechanic had to take off the push rods and rockers several times in trying to figure out what was wrong. In all the times there were put on and off they never said anything about the #6 push rod or rocker being bad/bent. After they put the new fuel injectors on that was when they said the #6 push rod and rocker were bad. There mechanic had to have left it loose which caused damage to it. I should in no way be responsible for there mistakes. I had two meetings with them and I told them motor ran 100% when I drove it to them to fix the transmission. There is no way all these parts went bad sitting there waiting on the Tipm part to arrive. The motor they say just went bad sitting there is a new rebuilt motor with only 25,000 to 30,000 miles on it. They would replace parts then tell me that wasn't it. ****** the service manager was who I was talking to all the time said they cleaned out fuel system and some other thing's and on 12/27/2022 he called and said come get it. When I picked up the truck the motor didn't sound right so, I went and got Mr. ****** and he said let it warm up. I told him the motor didn't sound like that when I brought it here. I paid$2768.98 they charged me for things I didn't know they were putting on. I mentioned this to him and he said what did you think I was going to pay for it. In earlier conversation with Mr. ******l he told me that he would clean out the fuel system including the tank and if a pump or sensor was needed he would replace it. The day after I picked up the truck it was still not sounding right. I called back the dealership and spoke with another guy who answered and he told me they didn't clean out the fuel system. At that point with the lies and over charges I stopped payment on the check. I called ****** he said he would call me back that day but didn't. He called me back two days later. On the work order it has written what was wrong with truck but not what they actually fixed. I would like for them to fix it right or not charge me. I'm welling to pay for the tipm part at $1,475.00 and 1 hr labor @ 145.00 and I'll take it somewhere else. They had my truck for 81 days . I think that should've been long enough for my truck to be fixed right. The last time I spoke with Mr. ******l he said the high pressure pump was still bad. He told me that he would send over an itemized statement with what all was fixed on truck but the only thing he sent was a list of things that they say are still wrong with truck not what they did or fixed. thank you

       Mr. ***** did bring his truck to us on 10/6/2022, with a drivability concern. He stated that it was the transmission. After diagnosing an electrical concern with his transmission we ordered part. Part was on delay due to availability the truck developed a fuel supply problem or was pre-existing before arrival. We did nothing to the fuel system of this truck. When part arrived we installed it and that is when the engine had the problem of too much fuel leaking into cylinders causing the truck not to run properly. TOO much fuel in a diesel engine is not good for the engine. We tried to explain that to him and he stated that he never ever had any problem with that. he brought us 6 fuel injectors that we did install for him but still did not correct issue. We installed a new lift pump, cascade valve, cleaned oat fuel rail pressure switch. Dropped the fuel tank and it had metal shavings in it. We cleaned it out as well as removing all the fuel build up in the cylinders. The fuel system is now compromised and he will not hear of it. This was all typed on the repair order. I asked him to read before he signed and paid and he did. Now he stopped payment on his check. He currently has our part of $1475.00 installed in his truck and not paid for.

      i purchased a vehicle form this dealership in July 2022. Upon looking into the vehicle I asked to take it for a test drive. The salesman didn't allow me to drive it. He himself took me around the block in the vehicle. During the test drive I heard a sound coming from the rear but I'm not a mechanic so I wasn't sure what the noise could have been. he told me that it was fine. I went ahead and made the purchase given his word that it was fine. A week later i called him back saying I knw that some of the issue was not safe. The wheel fender actually rubs the tire any time you go on any small bump. Its actually rubbing so deep into the tire that its causing marks in the tire. Basically after having it looked at elsewhere the tires that were put on this car are not the correct size and a safety hazard to even be driving the vehicle. I have called several times to have them fix this safety issue and am getting nowhere. I basically purchased a unsafe vehicle that can not be driven. I would warn others to not purchase from this dealership as they sell bad cars and will not assist in issues after the deal is done.
