      I had nothing but bad experiences at Miracle Toyota (aka what was Bob Richards Toyota). It was so bad that I had multiple emails, phone calls, and customer service complaints before I started leaving them a ****** review detailing all of the stuff that happened including more than once telling me I don't look like I can AFFORD a Toyota and that my custom ordered Toyota (** *** ***** *** ******* there are custom orders) should be sold to someone who deserved it and my homeless looking self needs to be in something more appropriate to my stature in life. This was actually said by sales people at this place. I requested no further contact which they agreed to in ****. Then moved on to another dealerships for my service. I just got a letter from Wilby P*** the General Manager of this company again same "sell me your car". When I say no contact. I mean NO contact. We haven't done any work in years. My DO NOT CONTACT is still in effect until I die or you go out of business. I mean do I have to get **** *********** ***** ** ********* ****** ************* involved again to tell them to leave me the **** alone or do I just need a restraining order? I am one payment away from paying off my car several years early. I own multiple businesses in the area, I don't bring or buy ANY of my vehicles here and never will.

      These ****** just contacted me again today at 11:39 am today via email.

      ** ****** *** ***** *** ****** is planning to ask her rep who is a better place to contact to remind corporate that they are violating their own agreement.

      We removed the customer from all correspondence from our stores and other sources that may correspond with customer. There should be no further action.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  If I obtain another contact of any type from the business, I will be reopening the complaint.
