            This company has bad attitudes. They stated a plumber arrived at my home and they never did. Four people in my home waiting on this plumber and he never came. Stated he knocked and rang the door bell but he would have had to walk right past me to get to my door. Many other reviews stating that if it’s contracted work they state they complete the job to get paid but never show. This company needs to be looked in to for theft and the owner should really check the lady at the front desk attitude

            Our techs are tracked throughout the day. They are time stamped as to when they go to a job arrive at a job and complete a job. the tech enrouted himself at 932 arrived at 955 and left at 1005. The tenant did not call the office until 1038am and proceeded to cuss on the phone. So I advised the tenant to call the propery management company back and get a different contractor because we would not return due to their actions. there was no conflicts on our side. We just advised the tenant to call their property management company to proceed. The tech did state there was 2 vehicles home at the property when he arrived so If they do not answer the door there is nothing we can do to service the tenant. This is by no fault of us as the Plumbing Company. We can not make someone come to the door. All we can do is schedule our calls and provide the best service as we can. We always notify customers when we are on the way to the homes. This tenant needs to take some ownership for not answering the door.
