January 11th 2024 I went to start the process of getting a crown. The tech that was putting on my temporary crown was veery sick. Coughing and sniffling. When attaching the temp crown she used an over excesive amount of cement. It was stuck to the two adjacent teeth. I mentioned it and asked her to clean it up, She did a half a** job. Two weeks later when I went to get my permanent crown put on there was so much cement the tech couldn't get it out, At this point i was in pain from her yanking on it. I asked for novocaine. She got the needle ready and then said "wait I think I can get it: She proceeded to squeeze the crown with what looked like plyers. The crown shattered into dozens of pieces. Some going down my throat and choking me. Needless to say it was a very unpleasant experience. I never received the novocaine. But wait, there's more! Three weeks later I still had pain in that tooth. I went to a different dentist. I was told there was a margin on the gum line and my nerve was exposed to air and would probably get a cavity. I contacted *****, the manager of the ******** location. She was no help at all. Along with the crappy attitude she sent the insurance claim reversal to the wrong place. I reached out to her numerous times only to be told she has done all she can. That is when she bothered to return my calls.I finally got a call from ******, who is the regional manager. She was helpful in getting the correct paperwork to Aspen billing. I have gotten my refund but they still haven't removed the claim for this horrible crown. That means I cant get it fixed because they all ready covered it once. I have reached out to her 3 times and not gotten a call back. The billing department says it has been settled but my insurance company hasn't heard from them.AVOID THIS PLACE! YOU ARE BETTER OFF DOING YOUR OWN DENTAL WORK111111
