I order a pizza for delivery from the ********* ** store. After an hour and 15 minutes I checked my delivery status which reported as delivered but I did not have my pizza. I began to call Papa John's but after 20 minutes of attempting to call I went ahead and left and drove to the store. Once at the store, I spoke to ****. I explained the situation and asked if I could speak to the manager. He pointed to a woman, named *****, and told me she was the manager. **** told her I needed to speak to her about a complaint. ***** acknowledged **** but did not give a direct response. Thinking she was going to finish was she was working on I waited for about 5 minutes. She continued working and never acknowledged me. I asked if she would assist me. She stated no and continued working. I asked again and she ignored me. I spoke with **** to receive a refund and asked for her regional/district manager's name. I called **** who claimed to be the district manager. I explained everything and he told me to make a complaint here and that he would receive it. He was dismissive and was not taking my complaint serious so asked for his supervisor. He refused to provide me the name and hung up on me. From 6pm when I first placed my order, to the online delivery system being wrong, to no one picking up their phones after charging me $38 for food I don't know where it is at, to the dismissal of my complain by the general manager and the district manager; I would like this to go to the higher levels of authority at Papa Johns. At 38 years old, and some run ins with poor customer service, this is the worse and most insulting interaction.
