I hired this company to do restoration work. Every time I had work done, I had to come behind and complain before anything was done. I paid this company 15,000$ to essentially redo my shingles, scrape my ceiling, and fix my gate. None of it is completely done and the owner has completely ghosted me. Kenneth and his management is piss poor, cussed me out, and essentially done nothing but asked me for money to pay HIS guys. Came up with every excuse and everytime work was done, I had to come behind and have someone come back out to fix their absolute Monstrosity. I rate this and the owner of this business a one and will be posting and making sure that every social media I have knows about it. It is literally to a crook level. If you have any thoughts of a contractor. Run from this one. His business and liability is Absurd, his word is noting, and my work is still not complete but he’s been fully paid. I will be following up as there is straight up about 5k work left to be done and my areas that are left are trash. No respect, no remorse , no care, no accountability, but demands money or threatens you. It is an absolute bad idea to go with this company and you will be sorry if you do. My last word is that the owner does not care and is all about his money but will not follow through with his promises and as soon as you pay, he is a ghost as well as disrespectful on the way. Take my word or don’t but if you don’t, you will experience disrespect, dishonesty, and lack of care from this establishment. Period

Did business with Mr Kenneth McGraw and paid around $15k to get concrete laid on my business property. After finishing this project by paying for the project by checks I made the mistake of giving Mr McGraw a $400 cash down payment for half of a project he promised to do for me for $800 and it’s been at least 8 months and I haven’t heard from him since. He will not answer my calls or texts at all. I’m very surprised that after spending that kind of money with him and paying on time all in full that he would be willing to jeopardize good business over $400.. Beware of doing business with him

We hired this company to remove several trees, replace a badly crumbled asphalt driveway, and grade a area of the yard so we could replant or sod the area. The owner (Kenneth) was very pleasant man and easy to work with during the project. Shortly into the project he came to me expressing that there was more asphalt and roots than he projected, and I provide a little more money to cover the extra work. At that point all was going well.

When the project was nearing completion and the only task left was to grade the area(s) where the trees were taken out, he asked if I was good with paying him the rest of the money owed. I agreed to this, only to find out it was a BIG mistake.

I have called the owner too many times to count. He gave excuses that his truck was broken (for weeks). This particular truck was needed to haul off dirt and debris from the area to be replanted. As he is doing work for my next door neighbor, I can see that said truck is operational.

He had to replace a section of the new concrete driveway which had cracked (two days after pouring) and he dumped the replaced concrete on my neighbors property to be picked up later for disposal. After several months and numerous calls, most calls were never returned, but on one call he stated emphatically he would be there the next day if it didn't rain). It did not rain and he didn't show and still has not. I ended up having to remove the concrete myself as the neighbor was getting justifiably mad.

During the project I offered him additional work, agreed on a price, and committed to do it. He has not done that work either.

I am getting some quotes from other companies to finish the work that K&M committed to do (and paid for) and more.

I have learned a couple of things with this project. One, do not pay the full price until the project is finished including cleanup. Two, get everything in writing. And 3) the saddest thing I've learned is not to trust K&M do do what they say. The owner (in my opinion) has serious credibility issues, and I would definitely not do business with him again, nor advise anyone else to do so.
