      Home was serviced but some of the spots needed a touch up. Was told the technician would come back out and they did but only serviced the front. Was told they looked in the yard but the camera shows they never stepped foot in the yard. Was told the technician would reach back out to me and was left without a response for over a week.

      Customers received aeration and seed on front and back lawn  04/04/2024.
                      On 05/06/2024 the seed was not taking, we came out and did a touch up of over seeding courtesy.  This took a few days after the client expressed the concern to return to do, due to accommodating weather and scheduling.
                      On 5/22/2024 Client called to complain the lawn was still patchy, requesting another follow up treatment courtesy.  We informed the client that when they spoke to the estimator for the initial quote, the client said they did NOT want topsoil over the seed to encourage growth although it was recommended to him.  
                      Our tech and estimator reviewed the client’s lawn and said that without the topsoil, results were as good as he would expect them to be.  We informed the client that if he wants another round of seed done it would need top soil and there would be a charge for that service. Client did not want to proceed.

      we we have attached before photos and after photos showing the great progress. We advised the customer by not following our complete recommendations the results we have had are above average and that we provided a path forward to get the desired results he wanted with patience and time while on our fertilization plan which he declined and canceled alls services as we believe his house was finally sold.

      All of that happened however, they are leaving out some details. They never informed me about the top soil until after I had reached out several times. Also, the tech came to my house in may for the second touch up but never stepped foot in my yard. Please have Ariel send the conversation. I was never returned any calls after I said I wasn’t paying for the backyard again. They said they don’t offer refunds but were willing to come back out to fix and they never returned to service my backyard they only did the front yard.

      One thing I forgot to mention, I was never informed anything about topsoil due to the fact that I was not present at the home. Please have Ariel send that conversation because I have video surveillance that shows different

      Good morning,

      We advised the customer the only path forward was to continue with Fert Treatments to encourage the growth to fill in the yard. 

      more grass seed without top soil was going to just waste time, money and frustrate the customer even more because it wouldn’t germinate and or very low probability to germinate.  

      At this point in time we stand by the work completed, we have continued to offer the same resolution to the customer on the only path forward would be continuing fertilization  treatments. 

      We stand by that we will not provide a refund as the photos show great progress and results better than expected without the topsoil on his property and we came back to property to address the front with top soil as a courtesy to show the difference in success  you can have by following our recommendation.  

      the-tech advised the backyard would need top soil with more seed and the customer didn’t want to pay for that.  We spoke to the tech who completed the top soil dressing the customer is advising which is the same tech that did original install, does the fertilization treatments and who completed the estimate of said property. He advised “I didn’t need to walk the back yard on that day as i have been on the property so many times before and with my training and education in turf management I already have advised the office many times to this customers needs”

      this validates the customers concern as to why the tech did not go into his backyard again on the same day he competed the front as again the front yard was done as a complimentary service to show the benefit and success rate with added top soil if he wanted to do the same in the back   

      we have provided Mr T***** options of how to proceed in this matter and he elected to cancel all services as he was selling the home. 

      at this point in time we consider this matter closed unless he wants to continue with fertilization treatments which again is the only path forward now that the heat is here.   

      The original work was completed with great results in the conditions presented. 

      we followed through with all promises made all while going above and beyond to show to customer at no cost to him if he does what we recommend the results can be even better  

      at this time we are at a loss on what else to say or do because the photos show the progress of great improvement in both the front and back

      I am rejecting this response because: I still have not seen the conversation that Ariel is speaking of when I denied top soil for the yard. I guess at this point they aren’t going to provide the conversation. This still shows that the tech never came back out to the yard which explains that he never saw the bald patch until I sent the photos to Arielle
